Abstract: In 2008, an economic depression which originates from America sweeps the whole world. The voice from the circle of economics is dominant. However, the voice from the circle of law is quite inadequate. In fact, the present legal system model plays an inevitable role in generation of this economic depression, and its role is closely related with one feature of the legal system model. Further more, the original driving power of human being's development that the legal system model preserves is a further root, and it results in global confusion and dilemma that the legal system model fails to solve.
