Abstract: In recent years, intercultural communication has become a hot topic in the field of foreign language teaching. With the rapid development of technology and science, people all over the world are increasingly involved in intercultural communication, which has become an indispensable part of our daily life. Through the analyses of several instances of intercultural failures, the essay aims to analyze the reasons for the failures, and offer some advice on how to improve intercultural communication and make it a success.
