Abstract: Accounting cost and recessive cost arisen during national economy mobilization composes the economic cost of national economy mobilization. The recessive cost of national economy mobilization represents actual economical loss caused by certain crisis situation in essential. In other words，the economic cost of national economy mobilization comprises accounting cost of national economy mobilization and actual economic loss caused by certain crisis situation. Through the study of economic cost of national economy mobilization，we conclude that the increase of accounting cost expenditure for national economy mobilization activities won’t certainly reduce the integrated economic value consumption of national economy system.
