Abstract: National economy mobilization takes on important task in promoting the development of civil-military integration. Supply chain or industry chain what is need in completing the mission of the national economy mobilization is called national economy mobilization chain. Through national economy mobilization chain,the agile mobilization,mobilization alliance,supply chain and industry chain theory are bonded together. Concerning about the complete chain of national economy mobilization activities not only has enriched the theory of agile mobilization,but also has sought the entry point of accomplishing the task for national economy mobilization management departments,enterprises and institutions undertake the mission of national economy mobilization.
