装备论证多方案组合评价模型与实证研究
Combination Evaluation model and Empirical Study of Equipment Demonstration

摘要: 针对装备论证多方案综合评价中多方法评价结论的非一致性问题,提出并构造了一种装备论证多方案组合评价模型。该模型采用Kendall协和系数对单一方法下的评价结果进行事前一致性检验,模糊borda数法组合单一方法的评价结果,并通过Spearman等级相关系数对组合评价结果与单一方法评价结果的一致性进行检验。实证分析结果表明,该模型可行、有效,可以使装备论证多方案综合评价结果更加合理与完善。Abstract: Aiming at the inconsistency problem of appraising conclusions in comprehensive evaluation of multiple configuration alternatives,a combination evaluation model of equipment demonstration is established in this paper. The model uses Kendall correlation to check up the compatibility consistency of individual method. Then fuzzy-borda number method is used to get the combinational result. Finally,the model uses Spearman correlation to make sure the coherence between the combination evaluation result and those original evaluation methods. A case study shows that the model is feasible and effective. It makes comprehensive evaluation of demonstration alternatives better and more reasonable.
