Abstract: National Space Policy of the United States which was issued by Obama government on June 28,2010 provided some fundamental principles,aims and measures for national space activities. The new space policy conformed to its domestic law,and also apparently respected international law. Actually,the new space policy challenged the Rule on Using Force in the Framework of UN and the legal principle of international cooperation under international space law and the principle of non-discrimination as well as legal systems on subsidies in the framework of WTO.
