Abstract: The core question of quality monitoring for industry products is how to set up the indicators of quality monitoring. On the basis of the inner-meanings of industry products’quality and quality monitoring,this article interpreted principles,train of thought and technical routes on the establishment of indicators monitoring. Then the authors constructed the indicators system of quality monitoring for industry products in the dimensions of quality level and safeguard-condition. The parameters of basic functions,conformability,appearance,safety,and reliability are for the measurement of the previous dimension,and the latter one is calculated from foundation of production,quality and technology level of personal,and mechanism of quality management and control. In order to run this indicators system in practice,this article proposed to implement it in the zone of automobile as a trial,to form joint meeting institution of monitoring,and to establish national-wide monitoring system and technical support system.
