Abstract:
The meta-competence of knowledge employees is the entry point of both competency-based human resources management and knowledge-based human resources management. Based on the theoretical framework of foreign and domestic researchers especially Brown and Cheetham,targeting the special properties of meta-competence,an in-depth research and investigation on meta-competence are proposed in this paper. A testing model based on the knowledge employees’meta-competence is suggested,and then verified using“deductive method”. Empirical study testifies that meta-competence is constituted of seven dimensions which are creativity,learning ability,reflection ability,emotional ability,communication skills,problem-solving skills,concept ability.
