Abstract: In recent years the occurrence of “oil shortages” are becoming frequent all over the country which affects the stability of social economy. Theoretical research and construction planning of the oil mobilization logistics network are urgently needed to respond to the surge in demand for oil products caused by wars and emergencies. This article defines the connotation of oil mobilization logistics network and summarizes mobilization logistics networks’ characteristics. It also clarifies mobilization logistics network structure by analyzing the nodes and lines in order to prepare oil mobilization logistics network for further improvement.
