轨道交通司机胜任特征模型构建

    Construction of Competence Model for Rail Transport Drivers

    • 摘要: 轨道交通列车安全、稳定、准点的行驶不仅对各种硬件设施提出了各种技术标准的要求,而且对轨道交通司机的各项素质和业务技能提出了更高的要求.根据我国轨道交通司机的工作环境和岗位特点,结合文献分析、行为事件访谈编制了轨道交通司机胜任特征问卷.通过对1 080份问卷数据的分析,构建出轨道交通司机的胜任特征模型,该模型包含职业技能特征、职业心理特征、职业基础特征以及职业理论特征共4个维度17个指标.在此基础上,使用AMOS软件对模型进行验证性因素分析,结果表明:所建立的轨道交通胜任特征模型具有一定的科学性和实用性,为轨道交通司机的管理提供了借鉴.

       

      Abstract: Security,stability and punctuality of rail transport train not only request various technical standards of hardware facilities,but also call for higher requirements of rail transport drivers quality and business skills. According to work environment and job characteristics of rail transport drivers,combined with literature review and behavioral event interview,this study established competence questionnaires of rail transport drivers, then built the competency model of rail transport drivers based on statistical analysis of 1080 questionnaires. The model included professional skills characteristics,professional psychological characteristics, career-based characteristics and professional theory characteristics. It had four dimensions,17 indicators. Meanwhile,the study also verified each dimension with AMOS software. Results show that the rail transport competency model is scientific and practical,and it will provide references for the management of rail transport drivers.
