Abstract:
This research blueprints a theoretical module and carries out an empirical study by taking knowledge characteristics, knowledge provider characteristics, knowledge recipient characteristics, cooperative relation characteristics, and knowledge sharing environmental characteristics as the influencing factors during the research and development of aerospace products and using the upgrade of knowledge and advancement in product research and development as the evaluation criteria for knowledge sharing performance. The study result shows that the above mentioned five influencing factors affect knowledge sharing prominently while other factors, such as knowledge providing intention, geographical distance, cultural atmosphere, and secrecy regime, have little influence on knowledge sharing. Based on that, the author puts forward strategies to facilitate knowledge sharing in the course of aerospace product research and development.
