科技公共传播的当代图景和内在特性

Contemporary Picture and Inherent Characteristic of the Public Communication of Science and Technology

摘要: 当代科技公共传播已经进入一个全新的发展阶段，呈现出一系列新的发展特征，也凸显了科技公共传播实践的碎片化特性。相对于科学技术的知识体系而言，任何具体的科技公共传播实践活动所能传播的内容都是碎片化的；相对于科技公共传播体系而言，任何具体的科技公共传播实践活动也都是其碎片化的组成部分。基于对当代科技公共传播发展和科技公共传播实践特性的分析，描述了科技公共传播的当代图景，分析了科技公共传播实践的碎片化特性。提出科技公共传播实践的“六要素构成模型”，认为当代科技公共传播需要强化体系建设。

Abstract: The contemporary public communication of science and technology(PCST)shows a series of new characteristics,and highlights the fragmentation of PCST practices. In this paper,the author analyses the contemporary picture of PCST and the characteristics of contemporary PCST practices,and puts forward a "six elements model". This paper thinks that all fragmented practices form a PCST system,compared with the national communication system of science and technology,the PCST system is another basic system of science and technology communication.
