Abstract:
The study on the time lag of knowledge spillovers process is one of the key steps to solve the measurement of knowledge spillovers, which is a difficult problem in the field of technological innovation and regional economic growth. From the perspective of knowledge spillovers, it studies time lag during the R&D process based on the influence factors of R&D time lag, main sources and existing research. Then, taking Beijing area as the research object, it applies the knowledge production function to measure R&D knowledge spillovers and designs multiple regression models. Based on the data of 2002-2010, it analyzes the relationship between R&D and Zhongguancun Science Park's(Z-Park)innovation performance. The results show that the college R&D knowledge spillovers effect has 1 year lag period; college R&D knowledge spillovers in Beijing area have positive spillover effects on Z-Park's innovation performance; the national enterprise R&D's influences on Z-Park's innovation performance reflect the spillover effect caused by the new products.
