Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the open innovation community network system and the characteristics of structure, this paper applied the System Dynamics(SD)methods, relying on knowledge transfer, flow of manpower capital and innovation income growth to study various crucial factors within the overall system. Through SD modeling and simulation test of the open innovation community networks, it identified the key variables in the running process of the innovative network system. The results show that under the condition of relatively stable enterprise R&D investment and substantial innovation revenue, small changes in R&D investment proportion will bring more significant changes to innovation performance. In addition, the impact of intellectual property rights transaction ratio on innovation performance is higher than the patent industrialization rate, and the intellectual property rights trading ratio is the most significant influential factor than the change of innovation network number.
