Abstract:
Air transport Conventions unified major legal issues in the field of international carriage of goods by air. However, conflicts also existed among these conventions, including the conflict between diverse international air transport conventions, the conflict between air transport conventions and multimodal transport conventions, as well as the conflict between air transport conventions and those conventions on other modes of transport. International Air transport Conventions with the goal to eliminate conflicts of law, make norms more fragmented. The conflicts between air transport conventions bear the nature of treaty conflicts. Exploring specific methods to solve these treaty conflicts has practical and theoretical significance for trail practice.
