Abstract: Theories on Defense Economics are mainly monographic studies, while monographs are isolated from each other, and the theoretical systems of Defense Economics are mainly denotative sum-ups, lack of connotative definition. Establishing the logic framework of the theoretical system of Defense Economics through logic analysis is the necessity for the development of the discipline. Despite the inconformity of research about the theoretical system of Defense Economics, the main research topics in this field are all related to the category of resource allocation, and are all topics about different levels of the resource allocation logic system. Resource allocation related to Defense Economics includes the resource allocation in the global reproduction system, the resource allocation in the reproduction of the national economy and national defense resource allocation systems within the defense-provision and defense-requirement systems. Existing research in economics and defense resource allocation theory suggests that each level of the hierarchy and each concrete logic of resource allocation contain some theory points of Defense Economics; and all the existing theory points of Defense Economics are contained in the hierarchy and each logic of resource allocation. All of these demonstrate that establishing the logic framework of Defense Economics in the logic of resource allocation is reasonable.
