Abstract: China Trust Law has been developed for more than ten years. At the time of enacting the law, the overall research on the trust system is relatively insufficient in the law circles of our country, and lacks in-depth reflection on the localization and systematic construction of trust system. Because of this insufficiency of the theoretical study in our country, there are many problems in China Trust Law. In addition to some problems about unreasonable or improper system design to which close attention has been paid in the law circle, there is also another problem which is quite prominent but ignored by current scholars, i.e., the logic self-consistency of the trust law, mainly reflected in conflict or contradiction with each other or rules being not unified. The self consistent logic is one of the most basic standards measuring whether the law is perfect. Lack of legal logic self consistency will not only affect its scientific nature, but also have impact on the orderly and effective adjustments of social life. Therefore, logic self-consistency of China Trust Law should be e valued in the academic and legislative circles.
