    • 摘要: 文化代理理论融合文化学和经济学的多重思路。研究表明:特定的历史传统蕴藏某种隐秘的文化信息,社会网络中的隐秘关系往往也具有重要的影响力,制度背景的差异更是会形成社会认知的路径依赖。因此,寻求合格的文化交流代理者,对于处理跨文化交流与合作问题具有显著的比较优势,这是解读文化信息,理清社会网络,跨越制度障碍的可行方式。留学生具有的多重文化经历,通过有针对性的留学生教育,可以培育源源不断的文化代理人才。

       

      Abstract: The theory of cultural agency is an integration of multiple ideas of culturology and economics. Researches show that hidden cultural information is always contained in a certain historical tradition, hidden relationships in social networks are always of great influence, and the path-dependence of social cognition comes into being because of the differences between institutional backgrounds. Therefore, to seek a qualified cross-cultural agent is of remarkable comparative advantage in solving the problems of cross-cultural communication and cooperation. It is also a feasible approach to interpret cultural information, clarify social networks, and overcome institutional obstacles. Generations of cross-cultural agents can be cultivated through targeted education for international students, due to the fact that they have multiple cultural experiences.
